While out doing chores this January morning, I noticed an abundance of frost on my tarp covered mattress obstacle. Upon closer inspection, there were millions of tiny, fern like ice sculptures all over it!

Ohmygoodness!!!! It was so neat! They were alike, but different, like snowflakes.

It was a tiny ice forest, full of tiny ice fern trees. I walked around it and took pictures from different angles, different light, close up, back up a little. I just loved gazing at it. I’m hopeless…
